The Union at Dearborn (Opening Fall 2013)
This student housing complex with 504 beds is located adjacent to the UM-Dearborn campus. The Union at Dearborn is a $30 million Urban Campus Community development and offers quality amenities such as student life activities, meeting rooms, group study rooms, offices for student organizations and even a cabaret-style theater.
The University's shuttle stops at The Union at Dearborn to transport students to campus. A crosswalk with a pedestrian-activated traffic light on Evergreen Road near the campus' central entrance makes it convenient for students to walk to/from campus.
The Union at Dearborn is not University owned or operated. The property is managed by Asset Campus Housing (ACH), a leader in the management of student housing facilities nationwide.
Through the University's Housing Referral Services website, students can locate housing near the UM-Dearborn campus using an online housing database. The Housing Referral Services is available to all students, faculty or staff in search of an apartment, house, room or roommate. Interested individuals can complete an application, available in the Office of International Affairs. If you are in search of a roommate, the information on your application will be shared with other individuals seeking a roommate. All applications will be kept on file until the Office of International Affairs is notified that you are no longer in search of housing.There are several options for students attending the University of Michigan-Deaborn.
