    Passing scores on the MTTC Professional Readiness Exam*

    *Applicants must have passing scores on the Michigan Test for Teacher Certification (MTTC) Professional Readiness Exam to be considered for admission. The MTTC Subject Area Tests in the teaching major(s) and minor(s) are not required in order to apply.

    Alternatively, applicants may use ACT scores in lieu of the Professional Readiness Exam (PRE) Reading and Math sections to be considered for admission. The applicant must have the following minimum scores in order to qualify: Reading - 22, Mathematics - 22.  The Writing ACT test can not be used in place of the PRE Writing test for admission.  ACT Scores can not be older than 1989.
