You’ll wear maize and blue, the colors of a university that inspires, motivates, and creates a community of victors. Most importantly, as a Dearborn Wolverine, you’ll earn the Michigan degree — a degree that is known and respected globally.

VALUE (RETURN ON YOUR INVESTMENT)

We have made a commitment to making the University of Michigan degree affordable. To see how affordable a

degree can be, check out our Net Price Calculator which will provide you with an individualized estimate of your cost of attendance for UM-Dearborn (including tuition and required fees, books and supplies, and other related expenses).

Starting December 2023, submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) (studentaid.gov/fafsa). Once completed, you will be emailed a “Financial Aid Offer” within 2-4 weeks. Use this comprehensive offer to help you compare your net cost out of pocket with other offers you may receive.

SIZE

While the size of an institution may not be a top factor for everyone, we believe it can significantly impact the college experience. As a part of a mid-size campus, you will have access to:

• Faculty that will help support you in meeting your career goals

• Unique opportunities to do research and engage in projects not as readily available at other institutions

• Small class sizes where professors know their students

Due to our low student to faculty ratio and reasonable average class size, you will have more direct access to faculty that help support you meeting your career goals
