The Campus Ambassadors is an independent group of volunteers from units across campus.  Our goals are to greet, mentor and support new staff, helping them network with others, and introducing them to the large variety of campus activities and resources.

A Campus Ambassador personally welcomes each new staff member and presents them with a packet of useful information related to UM-Dearborn and the Dearborn area.  They are also invited to a luncheon, where they can begin networking with other new staff.  Each person is offered a guided tour of the campus to help familiarize them with campus buildings and centers.

Each January, the Campus Ambassadors host a New Staff Celebration. New staff are joined by Senior Officers and campus leaders who offer special insights on working at UM-Dearborn.
