A research team of MPA/MPP students from the University of Michigan-Dearborn will share results of a study they've conducted on the potential impact of several options for changing the way the local governments are funded in Michigan.
A panel of local finance experts--elected officials, city managers, and professional analysts will discuss the findings and the potential for financial reform.
