Environmental Interpretive Center

We are the gateway to the 120-acre Environmental Study Area that is accessible to the university, school groups, and the public.

The EIC building is open from 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday and the Environmental Study Area is open from sunrise to sunset.

Campus Wildlife

During various seasons of the year you may come into contact with wild animals including Coyotes, deer and other urban wildlife while on UM-Dearborn campus.

Coyotes

Coyotes are curious animals that often live in families and generally keep to themselves, hunting small animals like squirrels and rabbits.
