Child Development Center's programs are the focus of open house March 6

DEARBORN / Feb. 19, 2007---The University of Michigan-Dearbornís Early Learning and Child Development Center will host an open house from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 6 in Room 104 of the Academic Support Center Building, reached via the campus's Fair Lane Drive west of Evergreen Road.

The open house is an opportunity for parents to learn about the center's toddler, preschool and kindergarten programs. The UM-Dearborn center is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children.

The center will be accepting waitlist applications for its toddler and preschool programs and enrollment for its kindergarten program. Kindergarten applicants must be 5 years old by December 1, 2007. All programs offer developmentally appropriate learning in a stimulating environment with an excellent teacher/child ratio.
