Office of International Affairs: Overseas Opportunities

Whether you are interested in a cultural experience that will help you develop a global perspective, or want to develop marketable job skills, or are simply seeking to earn credits outside of a campus classroom, you can find a program to fit your needs.  Programs range from several weeks to one year.  International program opportunities could include the following:  academic credit, paid and non-paid internships, work abroad, summer employment, or the Fulbright Student program.

Check out the information on this site about programs specifically geared to UM-Dearborn students as well as other exchange opportunities and the scholarship and financial aid assistance that may be available to you and then contact the Office of International Affairs at 313-583-6600 or international@umd.umich.edu  to make an appointment to discuss the possibilities!

During Summer 2015, students had the opportunity to travel to Poland as part of a study abroad experience.  Their itinerary - and most importantly - their experiences are recorded in a blog.  Enjoy their insights and photos from this unique opportunity!
