The Applications team is responsible for University Business Systems, including the Banner Student Information System.  The team also provides project and consulting services for custom reporting needs, software integrations, software/vendor recommendations and analysis.

• Enterprise software specification, evaluation and acquisition assistance
• Application implementation and integration
• Reporting, dashboards and data analysis
• Business process consulting
• Process automation and job scheduling

• Service Requests - Open a service request for a specific application including reporting and data requests
• Project Requests - Open a request for an ITS project
• Project Status - Review the list of Active ITS projects
• Project Request Backlog - Review the list of requested projects
