Leadership Programs

Why leadership?

The Office for Student Engagement leadership programs are designed to develop student leadership at all levels.  It is the vision of University of Michigan-Dearborn leadership programs to:

  • Develop socially  responsible, critical thinkers

  • Engage students at a personal level in their own communities
  • Prepare students to lead with purpose
