The CIViC offers a variety of opportunities for students to get involved in direct service, for example, planting a garden, cleaning a park, or packing food boxes! Through their work,
volunteers are able to address some of the social issues Detroit and its’ surrounding areas currently face. Not only are direct service projects great for helping others in need, they’re also good opportunities for making friends, completing service projects, and introducing volunteers to new and important issues in Detroit.
The Fall 2015 CIViC service schedule is below! Will you be joining us?
