UM-Dearborn to host presentation by Merrill Lynch
DEARBORN--- Kari Bayer, director and senior U.S. strategist for Merrill
Lynch, will present "Investing in Today's Volatile Market"
from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 11 in Lecture Hall B of the University
of Michigan-Dearborn's School
of Management Building as part of the Department
of Accounting and Finance's annual speaker series.
The presentation is free and open to the public.
As a research analyst, Bayer is responsible for marketing the firm's
equity investment strategies to Merrill Lynch's institutional, private
client and international private client divisions.
Bayer earned a bachelor's degree in economics at St. Lawrence University,
and serves on the school's alumni executive council. She received
an executive MBA degree from New York University.
The speaker series promotes the School of Management's graduate
programs, including the MBA, MS-Finance, Ms-Accounting, and the webMBA.
