Biography and Education

Patrick Keyes, Lecturer of Business Administration at the University of Michigan-Dearborn College of Business. Mr. Keyes joined UM-Dearborn in 2011, with previous experience teaching at colleges in Michigan and Florida. He is also President of Project Leadership Inc., a Project Management consulting and services organization, and is active in community service. Mr. Keyes currently teaches BA320, Project Management and Leadership.

Research

Mr. Keyes’ research interest lies in the leadership aspect of project management. Collaboration with Dr. Peter Koestenbaum and input from Dr. Harold Kerzner led to the development of the Project Leadership Diamond®, applying Dr. Koestenbaum’s Leadership Diamond® to the execution of project management.

Additional research interests include Agile applications to enable projects in IT as well as disciplines outside of IT such as construction and business process reengineering.
