Ismael N. Ahmed

Mr. Ahmed is responsible for connecting academic programs to community, business, and government initiatives, locally and nationally. During his tenure, he has brought internal and external stakeholders together to form a collaborative and student-centered vision around the University’s community outreach, institutional development, and fundraising strategies.


Tracy S. Hall, Ph.D.

Dr. Hall oversees the day-to-day operations of the Office of Metropolitan Impact and serves as a Lecturer in the Masters of Public Administration program. Her expertise encompasses: public sector leadership and management; public policy advocacy; workforce and human capital development; as well as public administration and civil society-related teaching, practice and research.


Deb Parker

Ms. Parker is responsible for scheduling office appointments, calls and meetings, as well as scheduling requests for the Ford Collaboratory.


Molly R. Manley

Program Coordinator

Ms. Manley oversees faculty seed grant applications, the biennial engagement inventory, and requests for OMI assistance.  She also acts as the office liason to OMI's Strategic Community Partners.

Financial Specialist

Ms. Yannatta assists OMI with the collection and organization of financial and engagement data.
