Custodial Services

In keeping with the UM-Dearborn Campus and the Facilities Operations Mission Statement, Custodial Services will use our knowledge, skill and friendly customer service to professionally provide a clean, safe and functional environment for students, faculty, staff and all our visitors. 

It is our vision to provide a campus and working environment that is always inviting and desirable.    

Although you may see different custodians in your building at different times, their main building assignments are listed below. If your building is not listed, then it is maintained by contract services (GDI) during evening hours.
