Support Groups & Workshops
We all struggle with the daily challenges of life. For some, receiving peer support can be a useful tool for coping with the stressors associated with being a college student. Support Groups can be a valuable tool for self discovery, gaining life skills, and connecting with peers.
Support Groups and workshops are facilitated by our team of Mental Health & Wellness Peer Mentors. Our Peer Mentor team receives extensive and ongoing training from mental health and wellness professionals.
Students, staff, or faculty looking for individual support, or whose needs extend beyond peer support, should contact CAPS.
