IAVS announces recipients of the 2017-18 IAVS Research Seed Grant Program

Five faculty-led projects were selected for internal grants of up to $20,000.

The IAVS Research Seed Funding Grants Program is a key mechanism for developing faculty expertise and ideas that can be leveraged to secure external support. Grants for up to $20,000 can be applied for through the Institute for Advanced Vehicle Systems (IAVS), with the goal of developing and submitting research grant proposals to external funding agencies.

The CECS Faculty Research Committee reviewed submitted proposals and selected 5 for funding. Information on selected proposals is below.
