    The Community House (TCH) is expanding its Early Childhood Center and looking to hire 4-5 full-time teachers responsible for team-teaching alongside the Lead Teacher and with other teachers.  Together staff is responsible for implementing a developmentally appropriate HighScope curriculum in accordance with the philosophy of the Early Childhood Center and state licensing regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be at least 21 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
    • Four year college degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education with a ZA endorsement preferred.
    • One year professional training in the field of Early Childhood Education and/or Child Development or comparable experience working with young children.
    • Must meet state licensing requirements.
    • Understands the developmental stages of children and has the ability to work with children in a manner appropriate to these stages.
