What classes do I need to take?
Admission requirements vary from school to school. You can find out the most current requirements directly from the dental school or from the ADEA Official Guide to Dental Schools.
What is the national standardized test?
The Dental Admission Test (DAT) is required for admission to dental school and covers basic material in biology, general chemistry and organic chemistry. It includes sections testing perceptual ability, reading comprehension and quantitative reasoning.
