This workshop highlights the practical skills every manager needs to succeed, including engaging and motivating your employees, building effective teams, using power and influence effectively, communicating negative feedback, and resolving conflict. Our format will include lectures, videos, short cases, and role plays to help participants develop their practical management skills. Some pre-reading will be sent to you prior to the workshop.
