COB online MBA program ranked #7 in Poets&Quants online MBA program rankings

The College of Business (COB) has one of the country’s top online MBA programs, according to a recent ranking by Poets&Quants. COB’s online MBA program was ranked seventh in the country, placing it among schools such as Carnegie Mellon (Tepper), Indiana (Kelley) and Arizona State (Carey).

COB Dean Raju Balakrishnan said Poets&Quants is quickly becoming a premier source for business school rankings.

“Receiving a national ranking like this speaks volumes to the quality of our students and the excellence of our programs,” Balakrishnan said. “We continue to make curricular improvements to ensure our students have a good experience and are equipped with the skills to make an immediate impact in the workforce.”

Poets&Quants based its ranking on three core measures: admissions selectivity, the MBA experience and career outcomes. The participating institutions provided admissions data, and graduates of each program were surveyed to gather data about their experiences and career outcomes.

Similarly, U.S. News & World Report recently ranked the online MBA second in the state of Michigan.
