Online MBA Program Ranked #1 in Michigan
University of Michigan-Dearborn’s online MBA and online MS in Finance rank among the best in the U.S. for 2021, according U.S. News & World Report.
In its annual ranking of online graduate business programs, U.S. News & World Report has rated UM-Dearborn's online MBA program #1 in Michigan for 2021. This reflects an overall ranking of 81 out of 295 programs in the U.S., 14 places ahead of last year's ranking. Similarly, the online Master of Science in Finance took second place among Michigan's non-MBA business programs. The represents an overall ranking of 68 out of 164 programs in the U.S., up seven places from last year.
As part of these overall rankings, the online MS in Finance impressively ranked 8th in the U.S. for "student excellence," a measure of admissions selectivity. Similarly, the online MBA ranked 26th in the U.S. for "student excellence" and 24th in the U.S. for "services and technologies," which measures the amount of financial, technical and vocational support available to online students. The program also ranked best in Michigan for veterans.

U.S. News & World Report surveyed 324 online MBA programs and 184 online graduate business (non-MBA) programs this year. The publication based its online graduate program rankings on statistical data provided by the participating institutions and peer assessment.
