Are you interested in attending the College of Business at UM-Dearborn?
For the next several weeks, the College of Business Advising and Student Services Office will be physically closed, however, we will still be answering questions and providing advising to anyone interested in our program.
On the following pages, you will find resources to help you plan for your future transfer. Whether you are coming from a community college, another university, or are an international student, there is information for you. You are strongly encouraged to review the information that pertains to your situation, before contacting us. Familiarizing yourself with the resources and program options first will help you to focus your questions to your specific needs. You can contact our Transfer Specialist, Cathy Boatin, by email at email@example.com or leave a voice message at 313-593-5932.
If you would like an evaluation of your transfer credits, find out which courses you can take at your current school, determine if you are admissible, or other questions about applying transfer courses toward the Bachelor of Business Administration, please email her your transcripts. For the most accurate assessment, include the transcript from all colleges or universities you have attended.
If you would like to schedule a time to speak with her, send her an email or leave a voice message. She will respond to you within two business days. Please include as much of the following information as you can in your message:
- your name, including the spelling
- an email address or phone number
- name of all colleges or universities you have attended
- a detailed message about what you would like to discuss during the meeting
If you are a recently admitted student, who has not yet attended an orientation, you should contact the Office of Orientation.
My name is Cathy Boatin and I am the transfer advisor for the College of Business. If you have any questions about our program requirements, transferable credits, or how to apply, I would be happy to help you. I work with students who are at all stages of their academic career; from those ready to apply immediately to students who still have multiple semesters or even years before they will be ready to attend.
