Wellness Collaborative

Welcome to the Wellness Collaborative!

From 2017 to 2020, UM-Dearborn participated in the JED and Steve Fund National Campus Initiatives. During this time frame, JED and the Steve Fund used the Healthy Minds Survey (HMS) to better understand UM-Dearborn students experiences. This survey helped to identify opportunities to address emotional health, substance use and suicide prevention efforts on campus. The feedback from this project has positioned UM-Dearborn with the information needed to provide stronger mental health safety nets for campus. Specifically, the Wellness Collaborative initiative was created to focus on recommendations related to wellness and prevention by bringing together a team of students, faculty and staff to engage in this work.

If you have any questions, or would like to get involved with the Wellness Collaborative, please contact Carmen Bell at ccochran@umich.edu
