Relocating Laboratory Hazardous Materials

The movement of laboratories has become a regular occurrence on campus.

It’s important to remember that the relocation of hazardous chemicals and other regulated materials must be done with the greatest care and attention to preparations for safety. Planning for spills enroute is one of the components of this safety assessment. Proper packaging and labeling, as well as safe forms of transport are another component. The below referenced guideline will explain how all of those safety considerations come into play in a successful move of a research laboratory and all of its reagents.
