Agile and Waterfall Project Management Workshop

Friday, September 14
8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Fairlane Center South (FCS)

Regardless of one’s position in the organization, Project Management is a critical skill that all should understand and be prepared to practice.

Waterfall project management is the typical practice, while Agile is an evolutionary process that enables the completion of an end product that is designed to provide maximum business value to the sponsor or client. This session will cover both an understanding of Waterfall and a focus on Agile, providing a foundation for participants to lead projects in an environment where change is continually accelerating and there is a strong need to provide timely and effective solutions.

Presenter: Patrick Keyes, College of Business, University of Michigan-Dearborn
