Michigan will face a skills gap as artificial intelligence, smart mobility, advanced manufacturing and other innovations disrupt the labor market. Lifelong learning is already essential, and the need to train, and re-train, our workforce will only accelerate. How can we build a talent pipeline to meet the needs of the future, when we can't fully predict what the future holds for technology? What are some likely talent gaps for employers, and how can we help fill those gaps before they become serious?
