Michigan will face a skills gap as artificial intelligence, smart mobility, advanced manufacturing and other innovations disrupt the labor market. Lifelong learning is already essential, and the need to train, and re-train, our workforce will only accelerate. How can we build a talent pipeline to meet the needs of the future, when we can't fully predict what the future holds for technology?
