M&Q Webinar: A DISCUSSION OF CONGRESS AT A CROSSROADS AND HOW TO BRING CONGRESS TO CAMPUS VIRTUALLY THIS FALL

Friday, September 18, 2020
11 a.m.-12 p.m.
Online/Virtual

The Association of Former Members of Congress (FMC) is a bipartisan, nonprofit alliance of former lawmakers which works to strengthen Congress through promoting a collaborative approach to policy making. Tune into McAllister & Quinn’s webinar to learn about the Association’s latest report: Congress at a Crossroads. Author Dr. Leonard Steinhorn will be featured on the webinar discussing retiring members’ vision for a better functioning Congress. The webinar will also discuss Congress to Campus, FMC’s 35-year-old program that brings bipartisan pairs of former members of Congress to your campus (virtually, this year) to meet with students, faculty, and members of your community. The program is a great way to bring Washington, DC, to students and faculty on campus and experience first-hand that bipartisanship and civility does still exist.

Presenters: M&Q Vice President, Dr. Jessica Gerrity; Congress at a Crossroads Author, Dr. Leonard Steinhorn
