More organizations are saying they want their employees to be entrepreneurial, but don’t often explain how to do that or even describe what it means.

This session will focus on how to apply critical thinking in ways that create and capture value – both inside and outside of organizations. Attendees will see how to pivot from process thinking to idea generation. Using proven tools, you will see how to turn customer needs into new product and service ideas. Additionally, the session will look at how to rethink business models and methods that allow organizations to be more nimble with change in the future.
