Press pause on the chaos of everyday life and join us for a 30 min nature walk to refocus your mind and connect with nature.  Exercising and spending time outdoors have been known to lower stress levels, help with depression, improve focus, and enhance physical health. Join us for the first walk of the season on Thursday, February 2nd from 2:30pm-3pm.

This weekly event is co-hosted by the Environmental Interpretive Center, Counseling & Psychological Services, and the Planet Blue Ambassador program.

Every time you attend a walk, you will be entered to win a FREE gift basket filled with U of M winter gear, a reusable tumbler, gift cards, and more.
