Women Veteran's Stand Down 2022

The University of Michigan-Dearborn Veteran Services, and Center For Social Justice & Inclusion,  in partnership with the Love a Michigan Veteran Project and Wyandotte Jaycees, held a Female Veteran Stand Down on Saturday, December 3, 2022. Hosted by UM-Dearborn in the Fairlane Events Center, the event will supply over 300 women veterans with goods and services in recognition of their military service. Some of the services include; food, clothing, benefits counseling, and referrals to other assistance such as health care, housing solutions, employment, and substance, and mental health counseling.
