Staff Senate

Purpose

The Staff Senate was established to foster a spirit of unity, pride, and cooperation among staff members by recognizing the leadership role staff play in the daily work of the University. The Staff Senate supports the University mission, and serves in an advisory capacity to the Chancellor and Human Resources Director on issues and concerns that are important to staff.

The Staff Senate serves to facilitate communication among all employees and University administrators concerning general University employment interests and concerns while encouraging the development of constructive suggestions.
