Info for Presenters

Most talks for GIS Day are in 20-min time slots (including Q&A) that are organized by topic.  They are held in Kochoff A, a section of the event venue that is separated from the exhibit space by a divider (see schematic below)  Attendees can freely move between the two parts.  In Kochoff A, the chairs are set up auditorium style.  

Presenters are welcome to use the laptop that is provided or bring a flash drive with their presentations.  There is also Wi-Fi in the hall.  The podium has a microphone.
