On Monday, March 18, Google will be live! Google Guides will be available across campus to help answer questions, show how to set up phones/mobile devices and help you get started with the basic mail and calendar.

Some things can’t be automatically moved to Google, including calendars and contacts. Check out the Migration Help Guides for instructions on these items. And some things will need to be recreated in Google, including email signatures, tasks and email rules/filters.

Don’t worry, you are not alone. Training is still available for those feeling they need some help! There is one final overview session tomorrow, March 15, at 9 a.m. Due to demand, additional Hands-on sessions have been added: Tips & Tricks for Google Mail on Monday, March 25, and Tips & Tricks for Google Calendar on Wednesday, March 27.
