Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering Hua (Kevin) Bai and graduate student Guanliang Liu were among the authors of the article, “Applying Variable-Switching-Frequency Variable-Phase-Shift Control and E-Mmode GaN HEMTs to an Indirect Matrix Converter-Based EV Battery Charger," which was published in IEEE Transactions on Transportation Electrification.

Assistant Professor of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering Abdallah Chehade co-authored the article, “Sensory-Updated Failure Threshold for Remaining Useful Life Prediction,” which was published in IEEE Transactions on Reliability

Assistant Professor of Computer and Information Science Marouane Kessentini will serve as a keynote speaker at MEDES2017 this week. His talk will be “Use of Data Analytics & Computational Intelligence for Services Computing.” 

Associate Professor of Linguistics Jamie Shinhee Lee's chapter

“Sociolinguistics of transnationalism and issues of language, gender and generation: Korean migrant families in Australia" was published in the edited volume Korean Englishes in Transnational Contexts (Palgrave Macmillan). 

Associate Professor of Computer and Information Science Di Ma is co-author of two recently published articles: “Privacy leakage via de-anonymization and aggregation in heterogeneous social networks” in IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing (TDSC), and “Demographic information inference through meta-data analysis of Wi-Fi traffic” in IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing (TMC).

Professor of Economics Bruce Pietrykowski’s article, “The return to caring skills: Gender, class and occupational wages in the US,” and associated research note were published in Feminist Economics.

Assistant Professor of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering Feng Zhou is the lead author of two articles published in Expert Systems with Applications: ”Augmenting feature model through customer preference mining by hybrid sentiment analysis” and “Affective parameter shaping in user experience prospect evaluation based on hierarchical Bayesian estimation.”
