The following faculty members received grant awards recently:
Chris Mi, associate professor of electrical and computer engineering, received a $2.2 million award from Chrysler and the Department of Energy to work on vehicle electrification.
Yi Lu Murphey, professor and chair of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, received $50,052 from the Ford Motor Company to develop an intelligent system which will enable Ford dealer mechanics to access and view clusters of related warranty claims.
