U-M Board of Regents roundup for October 2019

Chancellor Domenico Grasso spoke about a new award presented to a campus faculty member; the Board of Regents approved new UM-Dearborn appointments, a reappointment, acknowledged large campus gifts and more at the Oct. 17 Board of Regents’ meeting at UM-Flint.

Chancellor's update

At the October’s U-M Board of Regents’ meeting, news was shared with the Regents regarding Taehyun Shim’s Ford Motor Company first ever Innovation Fellow Award, the most recent Thought Leaders session and the upcoming UM-Dearborn Tailgate scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 26 in Ferry Field. The meeting took place on the Flint campus.
