Current Student Communication Intake

Ideally, email requests should be submitted at minimum one week before they need to be sent. If this is an immediate request we will work to accommodate as much as possible.

All proofing and reviews will be done through our tool called Litmus. Once information is collected and the email is built, at minimum one proof will be sent to whoever is listed as needing to review. In Litmus, comments, edits and feedback will be collected in one place.
