Medical Surveillance

EHS partners with Occupational Health Services (OHS) to provide medical surveillance services to UM-Dearborn employees. This program provides physical examinations and other relevant testing to assure optimal health for staff.

In order to participate in the program, you must contact EHS at 313-583-6679 in order to complete a medical surveillance request form.
