Forgot your password or need access to a specialized service? The helpdesk can help change your UMICH password over the phone, and will escalate to the Accounts office any problem they can not help with.
UMD-Secure allows campus members to seamlessly connect to UM-Dearborn's wireless internet as they move from building to building. Clicking on the xxx link uses an automated application called JoinNow to walk you through the connection process on your wireless device. Having trouble connecting? IT Hardware & Software Recommendations
All computers purchased for campus use will be installed using our standard image, including Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Suites.
Classrooms and labs across campus have a standard suite of software, this list is available on our website. Many labs also have specialized to support local Academic Units. If you need software installed in your classroom, by putting in a ticket, software licensed to the University can be installed in a lab or classroom. While we will make every effort to install quickly, please allow up to 2 weeks for installation.
Technical classroom assistance and AV requests are available to faculty using classrooms across campus. Would you like help learning how to use the AV classroom equipment or do you need additional technology delivered to your classroom? Many conference rooms across campus are getting high-tech touch-ups to make them effective and fun collaboration and huddle spaces. Do you need a technology facelift for yours? Put in a ticket and an AV consultant will work with you to upgrade your space.
