External College Code – This field is where a student may enter the college code of the institution that should receive the transcript.  If the college code is unknown, the Look Up College Code hyperlink can be used. Please review the address on the Select Transcript Type page (the next page) to ensure the school address has the correct information. If not, make changes as needed.
    2. One of Your Addresses – This field is used when a student wants the transcript to be sent to his/her address.
    3. Internal College – This field is used when a student wants the transcript to be sent to a UM-Dearborn Academic Unit.
    4. The issue to – This field is where a student may enter the name of a person or office to which the transcript should be addressed.

  12. The Transcript Request Options page includes four (4) options:

    2. Official Transcripts – This checkbox identifies if a student would like an official or unofficial transcript. Yes = official, No = unofficial.
    3. In Progress Cut-off Term – This drop-down list identifies the last term for which a student wants “in-progress” work to appear on the transcript.  Students may choose the default value or None, or select a term from registrations that have not been graded.
