Veterans at UM-Dearborn

The University of Michigan-Dearborn appreciates those who have served in defense of our country.

We are grateful for the selfless service you have given and are honored to help you pursue your educational goals.

Veteran Services mentors students as they progress through their college endeavors. The Veterans Services team is led and staffed by military veterans who are here to support you and help you navigate any issues you may encounter. We are trained to disseminate information concerning the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) education benefit programs and to make referrals to appropriate university professionals to facilitate a smooth transition concerning your academic endeavor.

We sponsor programs, especially for veterans, including veteran resume workshops, veteran study groups, and many others.
