Dr. Gail Luera is a Professor of Science Education at UM-Dearborn. Dr. Luera earned her doctorate at the UM-Ann Arbor; School of Natural Resources and Environment: Resource Policy and Behavior (Environmental Education). Her area of specialization is program evaluation and she has served as an evaluator for the National Science Foundation, U.S. Department of Education and state funded projects. She has worked as the lead evaluator for the SOCC UTools Program (funded by the Michigan Department of Human and Health Services) and the NSF-Geoscience Research Institute most recently.
