Staff Satisfaction

Staff Satisfaction Survey

The Dearborn Campus Senior Leadership Team was looking for a way to analyze staff satisfaction levels. Discussion resulted with the Human Resources department developing a confidential survey that assesses staff perceptions of key satisfaction metrics, supervisor effectiveness, and the University organizational competencies.
