Kochoff Hall is a well-appointed 5,500 square foot divisible multipurpose room. It accommodates up to 200 guests for meals and 340 guests for auditorium style events. Situated in the James C. Renick University Center, at the heart of main campus, it is the recognized location for UM-Dearborn events of all configurations and sizes.
