Kudos: Dale Thomson

Dale Thomson, assistant professor of political science and the director of the Institute for Local Government at UM-Dearborn, had an article accepted for publication in an edited volume called Cities After Abandonment (University of Pennsylvania Press).  His chapter is titled "Targeting Neighborhoods, Stimulating Markets: The Role of Political, Institutional, and Technical Factors in Three Cities."
