CINAHL Plus with Full Text

CINAHL Plus with Full Text is a comprehensive nursing and allied health research database. It not only provides full text for more than 770 journals, it also provides images, evidence-based care sheets for a wide range of medical conditions,  and full text coverage of more than 275 textbooks and other monographs. Titles include Coping with Anxiety and Phobias, Pocket Guide to Minority Health Resources, A Guide to Alzheimer's Disease: A Special Report, Culturally Competent Assessment for Family Violence, and thousands more.

Brill Online

Brill Online includes searchable and browsable books and encyclopedias primarily covering religious and cultural studies, classical studies, medieval and early modern studies, and Middle East and Islamic studies. The collection includes titles published since 2007, including World Christian Database, Encyclopaedia of Judaism, Encyclopaedia of the Qur’ ān, Brill’s Encyclopedia of China, and many more.

PILOTS  (Published International Literature on Traumatic Stress)

Published International Literature On Traumatic Stress (PILOTS) seeks to include citations to all literature on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other mental-health conditions related to traumatic events, without restrictions by discipline, language, or geography. The database covers assessment, treatment, and prevention of trauma-related conditions, as well as related professional ethics and public policy issues. It is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Alt-PressWatch

Alt-PressWatch provides full-text articles found in over 210 publications of the alternative and independent press from 1970 to the present. The database provides access to independent voices from respected and cited grassroots newspapers, magazines, and journals. It offers a wide range of critical coverage of public policy, government, culture, and local and international issues. It is a multi-disciplinary resource for researchers seeking an alternative to mainstream media.

Vogue Archive

Vogue Archive contains digitized copies of all issues of Vogue magazine, from the first issue in 1892 to the current month. Every article, cover, photo shoot, illustration, and advertisement is available for general readers as well as for researchers in the areas of fashion, marketing, design history, popular culture, photography, women’s history, social history, and more. Along with conventional indexing of print content, indexing for images by brand and type of item is also included.

ProQuest Sociology

ProQuest Sociology includes the full-text of over 180 journals in the international literature of sociology and social work, including culture and social structure, history and theory of sociology, social psychology, substance abuse and addiction, and more. Other topics include community and mental health services, crisis intervention, the family, gerontology, poverty and homelessness, violence, and issues related to social work practice and education.

Environmental Science and Pollution Management  

Environmental Science and Pollution Management provides comprehensive coverage of the environmental sciences. Abstracts and citations are drawn from over 6,000 serials including scientific journals, conference proceedings, reports, monographs, books and government publications.
