University of Michigan-Dearborn is working to improve the campus’ ground transportation experience this fall with the launch of RideHop, a shuttle-tracking app that gives riders accurate, real-time location information.
Shuttle riders can download the RideHop mobile app—available for Android and Apple phones—and enter the code “dearborn” to access UM-Dearborn shuttle routes. The tracking device is also available through any desktop browser on the RideHop/UM-Dearborn website.
Riders can choose what shuttles they want to see from a list of routes and zoom in to watch the shuttle moving along the route in real time. Shuttles that are full or on a break also are indicated through the app.
More information about the campus shuttle—including a daily schedule—is available through the Parking Services webpages.
