'Career Night' showcases engineering and computer science jobs

More than 160 guests--the largest number of visitors in the event's history--attended a career night hosted by the Office of Admissions and Orientation and the College of Engineering and Computer Science inside the Institute for Advanced Vehicle Systems Building on Wednesday, Nov. 17.

The free event allowed nearly 90 prospective students to learn about career opportunities in the fields of engineering and computer science.

Alumni and current UM-Dearborn students were on hand to give presentations about careers opportunities and trends as well as talk about the various student organizations and honor societies related to engineering and computer science.
