Kudos: Joy Beatty

Joy Beatty, associate professor of organizational behavior, attended the HERS Summer Institute at Bryn Mawr College. This two-week residential intensive workshop is designed to advance women's leadership and promote equity and excellence for all involved in higher education. All HERS graduates can be expected to facilitate positive change on their home campuses and belong to a global sorority of esteemed female leaders and change agents.
